New to Indoor Cycling?
Welcome and congratulations on trying something new! First thing’s first. Get here 15 minutes early to go through the formalities and get you ready to ride. Then we’ll show you around and welcome you to the Inner circle. Our instructors will show you how to adjust your bike and help you with your posture, technique and pacing as you spin through your first class.
Clothing is key
Avoid loose pants. We recommend tights. If you forget your shoes, we have them for you. But don’t forget socks! You can wear whatever shirt you like to sweat in.
Food is fuel
Eat well, work well. Have a banana or apple pre-class to keep your energy up and muscles from cramping.
You need it before. You’ll want it during. You’ll need it after.
Signing Up is Smart
Pre-register for your class so you know you have a seat in the ride. Bikes are only released 5 minutes before class to walk-ins.
